Fresh from a two years' Master of Arts (2016-18) at the University of Limerick in Irish Traditional Music Performance. During the Master she studied with some of the best Irish musicians as Siobhan Peoples, Eileen O'Brien, John Carty, Brendon Mulkere, Martin Hayes, Oisin Mc Diarmada, Danny Diamond, Conor Caldwell, Ryan Molloy, Alan Kelly, Kevin Burke, Caoimhin O'Raghallaigh, and with International musicians as the Visthen (Canada), Marie Fielding (Scotland), Brandon Vance (USA), Rushad Eggleston (USA). During these years she recorded radio programs for RTE, she participated to “The night of culture” at University Concert Hall in September 2016 and 2017, playing as violinist and violist in UL Arena as part of the band for Colm Mac Con Iomaire and Lisa O'Neill's in April 2017.

 

During her Bachelor degree she started experiencing with extra-classical interests, especially with Irish Traditional Music. From 2014 taking classes in jazz violin in Milan (NAM school, with M.° Stefano Zeni) and in Traditional violin music courses with M.° Paolo Della Giovanna. In June 2015 at the University of Limerick with Irish World Academy BLAS' summer courses taking classes in Irish traditional violin with Eileen O'Brien, John Carty, Dermot McLaughlin.

As pop-rock violinist and violist collaborating from 2010 with with the “Miriam”, a band from Turin, publishing in 2010 the album “Sete” (Edizioni Egea) produced with Paolo Benvegnù, and in 2015 recording a new album with Mario Conte as producer. Performing with this band around Turin (“Spazio 211”, “Lavanderie Ramone”, “International Book Fair”), Rome (occupied “Teatro Valle”), “Montagne dal vivo” (all around Piedmont), “Alpette Free Rock Festival”, “Festival Cusano Mutri”, “Otranto Live”, Recording live radio podcast for the RAI (national televiosion and radio), Radio Rai Web, “Besciamella Varietà” with Glocal Sound, “Flanella XL” and joining Fabrizio Vespa (journalist for “La Stampa”) for the promotional readings of “Mal di Torino” (Espress Edition) with director Gianluca Orrù (Tekla Tv). In 2013 winning with “Miriam” the prize “Electrical Resistence”. They shared the stages with “Perturbazione”, Paolo Benvegnù, “Nobraino”, “Motel Connection”, “Zibba e gli Almalibre” and improvisation jam session.

Graduated in January 2019 with a Master in Irish traditional music at the University of Limerick, Ireland, with a second upper class honour (2:1).

Graduated in 2014 with a BA in classical viola at Turin Music Conservatory “Giuseppe Verdi” with a second upper class honours (2:1) with M.° Enrico Massimino.

From 2014 to 2015 attending a training course in Milan at “Milano Music Master” under M.° Simonide Braconi (Soloist viola in Milan “Orchestra della Scala”).

She started playing in 2001 at Music School “Arcangelo Corelli", studying both violin, viola and chamber musicwith M.° Guido Neri. M.° Efix Puleo (Architorti), M.° Piergiorgio Rosso (Trio Debussy), M.° Guido Rimondo (Camerata Ducale)

 

Winner in 2006 of a scolarship for excellence for young talents, I've always attended viola and violin classical masterclasses with M.° Daniele Gay, Piergiorgio Rosso, Ula Ulijona (Kremerata Baltika, Orchestra Sinfonica della Rai), Enrique Santiago, Bruno Giuranna, Kate Hamilton.

Chamber music experience developed with different teachers (M.° Marco Robino, Margherita Monnet, Barbara Sartorio, Trio Debussy, Claudia Ravetto.

Orchestral experience with M.° Claudio Morbo, M.° Daniele Gay, M.° Walter Gatti, M.° Gianandrea Noseda, M.° Donato Renzetti, M.° Shlomo Mintz, both as violinist and violist.

From 2011 is a violist in the “Orchestra universitaria del Piemonte” under M.° Carlo Marzo and in the “Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana”. From 2012 collaborate with “Orchestra Polledro” and from 2013 with the “Orchestra dei talenti” of Accademia Perosi, performing with directors as M.° Noseda, M.° Deloche, M.° Robert Cohen.

 

Performing as soloist or in chamber and orchestral music for events all around Piedmont (“Amici della musica” di Meana di Susa (To),“MiTo”, “Mozart Nacht Und Tag”, “Serate Musicali”, serate di Santa Pelagia, “Musica a Corte”, “Domeniche da Re”, “Festival Beethoven”, “Pomeriggi Musicali Demiourgos”) and North Italy, recording also for pop music album and collaborations with Olga Kazelko and “Punto Rec studio”.

From 2009 to 2016, violin and viola teacher in Piobesi Torinese (“Associazione MusicaInsieme”) and from 2013 to 2016  as violin teacher in Vinovo ("Associazione MusichiAmo”).
